Our transactions are all in UK £ Sterling.
All items are offered subject to availability, if we come across an item you have ordered that is not in stock, we will try to contact you ASAP to either cancel the order or just cancel the item or help you find a suitable replacement. Sadly errors with stock can occur although every effort is taken to ensure that there are no issues. For smaller items we will refund the cost of the out of stock item(s).
Pictures of items are for illustrative purposes only and colours/details may be affected by your monitor/computer settings and the image supplied by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee that the colour of the items pictured will match the colour of the products exactly. Pictures are to be treated only as an indication of the product. The pictures displayed often don’t do the product justice, photos of some products are supplied however if you have a query regarding the colour of a product or would like some help with choosing coordinating products please contact us.
All measurements given are approximate only and should not be treated as exact.
Once your order has been received, we shall send you an email confirming your order and also an email once your item has been dispatched. We aim to process items as quickly as possible, however during busier periods (sales/special offers) please bear with us and also when we take holiday leave. Messages will be posted on the home page stating delays/holidays.
We will answer any queries as quickly as possible.
We do our best to ensure all prices are correctly displayed on our website however, if we discover an error/incorrect price, we will contact you to offer you the item at the correct selling price and to reconfirm your order or to cancel the order.
There is now a minimum spend requirement on the website of £6.00
HOW TO PAY
You can be assured that your payment is taken through PAYPAL, all of your credit card details are collected through these companies securely; we do not receive any card details.
If you wish to PAY BY CHEQUE, print out your order details on the "checkout" page and post this to us with your contact details (your name, where you wish the order to be posted) along with a cheque payable to ‘Ceri-Marie Buckland’ to:

Postal orders are also accepted as payment, please follow the same instructions above as if paying by cheque.
Please keep a copy/record of any reference numbers/transactions that you receive. This will facilitate any communication that may be required.
Ordered items will be delivered to the address that you (the customer) specify upon ordering. It is your responsibility to ensure the address you enter is correct. We will not accept liability for lost parcels posted to an incorrect address supplied by yourself (the customer). If you discover you have made a mistake with a supplied address, please notify us as soon as possible and we will try our very best to alter the address. Sadly if the parcel has already been posted, liability for a lost parcel will lie with yourself the customer.
If an item has been returned to us by Royal Mail for example due to the addressee not being known at an address/address not existing or if the parcel is returned due to it not being collected by yourself (the customer) you will be charged postage & packaging again to have your parcel resent. It is your (the customer’s) responsibility to check at your local post office/sorting office and collect within the allocated time.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
We cannot be held responsible for your parcel being delayed owing to a postal interruption/bad weather/strike or any other fault not caused by ourselves. If we are aware of any interruption to delivery services, we shall inform you via the home page, email or the news page.
Items will be posted with myHermes.This is subject to our discretion and if required, a different courier may be used.
Items delivered by recorded/special delivery will require signing for. This delivery method will help to give you peace of mind knowing your order is being taken care of and arrive with you safely.
The method of shipping is subject to our discretion and weight, size, location and value. For very heavy orders, a courier may need to be used.
Postage and packaging charges are fixed at £3.95 to help towards covering costs and materials for packaging.
Orders weighing over 1000g in weight will be sent by myHermes courier and orders requiring a larger box will be sent by courier also.
Working days are all normal working days between Monday-Friday excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
All orders are thoroughly checked before dispatching them to you. All items leave us in new, excellent and undamaged condition. Orders will be posted out on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday only.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for items lost or damaged by the postal service. We always obtain proof of postage for every transaction.
If your order has not arrived, please allow up to 15 working days for your parcel to arrive (Royal Mail ask this, not us) this is to allow the parcel to be returned to us the sender. If you have still not received the parcel then please contact us by either phone or email. We will then fill out the relevant forms to claim for a lost parcel.
If you do not contact us within 14 days of your parcel being posted (we email customers to inform you that your parcel has been posted, please ensure that the email address is correct), we will assume that your parcel has arrived safely. If an issue arises after the 14 days, it is your responsibility to then claim for a lost parcel.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You have a statutory right to cancel your order or return your order this is 7 working days from the day after you receive them.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us ASAP! If you have received your items, please return the items to us, complete in their original packaging, Return postage of these items will be at your own cost and will not be reimbursed. You are responsible and should take care for the safe and undamaged return of the items. Items that have been opened and that are not in their original sold condition will not be refunded. Original postage charged will also not be refunded and nor will the cost of posting your parcel.
Items returned will incur a 20% restocking charge and this will not be refunded when you order value is refunded.
Before returning any item to Funky Farm Scrapbook Barn please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your intention to return any item.
Once notified that you wish to cancel your contract/order, we will refund you/re-credit your account within 28 days for the sum paid by yourself. (Excluding postage and packaging if items have been dispatched). Returned items must have been received back by us in order to provide a refund.
We (Funky Farm Scrapbook Barn) will take all reasonable precautions in order to keep details about yourself, your order and your payment secure
You can be assured that at all times your details are kept safely (by all reasonable steps) and are used only by ourselves for processing your order. We will not use any information in any way other than for the purposes of processing your order.
Ordering items from Funky Farm Scrapbook Barn signifies your agreement to the above terms and conditions.
Funky Farm Scrapbook Barn cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to yourself or property.
Funky Farm Scrapbook Barn reserves the right to change/alter/revise any of these terms and conditions without notice.
EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE/SHIPPING
Please note that if the cost to package and post your parcel is higher than the price you have paid, we will contact you by email to ask for the difference to be paid.
All orders will be dispatched upon receiving cleared payment. In the event where a transaction is flagged as being ‘high risk’ we may need to contact the customers’ bank to confirm credit card is not reported as stolen or copied etc.
